Classes Offered

Fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga
This class is designed for beginners and advanced yogis alike to learn the fundamentals of breathing and transitioning through the Vinyasa (flow) yoga as you begin to build your practice or just refresh the foundations and alignment.

Open
Open level classes are appropriate for all levels. The students goal in an open class is to take their practice level from where it is; into the beyond, by using physical modifications given by the instructor. Our philosophy at Hot Yoga is that yoga is not a competition with either ourselves or others.

Level I - II
The focus of these classes is learning the fundamentals of yoga. The classes are flow sequences that are both challenging and fun.

Level II - III
These classes offer more challenging sequences and postures wherein the poses will be held longer and show more variations. This class is for regular yoga practitioners or those with previous yoga experience. These classes assume students are familiar with the alignment of fundamental poses, the sequences of Surya Namaskar, as well as backbends and inversions.

Kids Yoga
The Kid's and Teen classes are designed to introduce young people to the practice of yoga. Sign up for winter yoga classes - children (ages 4-13). Our teachers will work with your children to help them find the benefits of practicing yoga at an early age.

Prenatal Class
These classes offer safe and supportive yoga poses suitable for pregnancy and for those who are considering pregnancy. Classes are held in a cool room. We will flow with a focus on preparing your body for childbirth, focusing on asanas which can strengthen the pelvic muscles and reproductive system as well as maintain physical and mental well-being. Postnatal students are also welcome.
