James has instructed yoga practitioners and teachers since 1997. Based in Santa Monica, California, he was a YogaWorks Senior Teacher Trainer until 2008 when he co-founded YogaPoser, which offers a modern educational approach to the fundamentals of intelligent asana practice. Known for breaking down complicated actions and processes to make them accessible and effective, James’s classes are meant to be fun, challenging and educational.
