Naomi Taylor

Naomi has been a student of yoga for a decade. After years of practicing Bikram and Ashtanga, Naomi found her home in Vinyasa Flow yoga in 2006. She completed her 200-hour RYT training through Hot Yoga in Washington D.C. in June 2009 and has taught at Hot Yoga and The Yoga Fusion Studio in Bethesda since then. She believes yoga is a journey that can be accessible to everyone and that regular practice enriches and transforms our daily lives. Naomi places an emphasis on building core strength and exploring the connection between breath and movement. In her classes, you will find a combination of flowing sequences and deeply held poses to help focus the body and the mind.
